It is my pleasure to recommend The Ultimate Cleaning Solution for your commercial office cleaning needs. We replaced our previous vendor earlier this year when service levels declined and not corrected in a timely manner. I explained to Dave the situation and the need for his services to be consistent and of high quality. We have over 24K sqft of office space and often entertain clients so the need for top notch cleaning services for our employees and guests is of utmost importance to me to maintain a professional and healthy environment.

Dave and his crew rose to the challenge and took over on short notice. He sent in a large crew the first few weeks to understand our cleaning needs and office patterns to ensure a clean office. From there he properly sized the crew and I've been happy ever since. Dave is great promptly returning phone calls or emails regarding his team's services. He has been flexible making adjustments as our office needs change.
